  • Why should I choose Away with Lanae, LLC?
    Travel is our expertise. We work with a vast network of travel providers and professionals to create the ideal experience for you, based on your preferences and interests. All trips arranged through Away with Lanae, LLC. offer you freedom from the travel planning process, as well as 24/7 support during travel through the return trip home. This includes researching and recommending destinations, as well as arranging flights, lodging, airport transportation, and excursions.
  • Is Away with Lanae, LLC an accredited and licensed agency?
    Yes, Away with Lanae, LLC. is a CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) accredited and licensed agency (International Air Transport Association). We're also a member of KHM Travel.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm CST. Unless otherwise specified.
  • What is the best way to get in contact with you?
    Email is the best way to get in touch with us. Responding to thousands of messages, comments, and posts can be tough at times. We don't want your message to go unnoticed. As a result, email is the most efficient way to reach us.
  • How do I book a trip?
    Please complete this travel inquiry form in its entirety. You must answer all required questions, which are marked with the sign "*." For domestic, Caribbean, and Mexico travel, your personalized quote will be emailed to you in 3-5 business days. International quotes can take up to 5-7 business days to receive.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    We sure do! Installment payments, on the other hand, are only available for trips that are more than 60 days away. Please keep in mind that there is no set payment plan in place. You can make as many or as few installments as you wish after you've paid the deposit. It doesn't matter how much you pay each time as long as the balance is paid in full by the due date.
  • How will I receive my digital download?
    Clients will receive links to download their digital products at the checkout thank you page, as well as an emailed link that will be valid for 30 days.
  • Do you book Airbnb’s?
    We don't book Airbnb’s because we’d be held responsible for the rental. As a result, we do not charge our clients the standard $50 per person booking fee. When clients request that we conduct research on Airbnb’s, we provide them with options but do not book them.
  • Do you charge a travel inquiry fee?
    Yes, we charge a $50 non-refundable and non-transferable research fee. This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip and must be paid prior to the start of any travel planning, research, booking, or additional consulting services. You are entitled to up to two quotes (up to two destinations during a given time period) and one revision for the fee. Research for two separate trips will not be provided with a single research fee. A new fee may be assessed if travel is not booked within 30 days of the proposal. There will be no exceptions.
