registered and existing under the laws of the state of Illinois.

SERVICES

Away with Lanae, LLC is a travel agency. The consumer hires Away with Lanae, LLC as a travel agency to arrange travel packages; however, the packages offered by Away with Lanae, LLC are owned and provided by third-party companies.

AUTHORIZED USERS

You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. When a minor (under the age of 13) uses our website and only one of the parents/guardians’ consents is provided or can be present, the parental consent, or statement of consent, is used. If you use our website from a nation other than the United States, you are responsible for adhering to all local laws. Any access to or use of any service on our website by anyone under the age of 13 or without parental consent is strictly forbidden.

You must be 18 years old and have a credit or debit card or other appropriate electronic payment method to purchase a package through our website. You may not use our Services if you are unable to create a legally binding agreement with Away with Lanae, LLC, which is subject to these terms.

Package Prices

Package prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, all package rates are subject to change and are listed in US dollars. Payments must be made in the specified currency. Away with Lanae, LLC retains the right to make changes to package pricing listed in currencies other than US dollars to reflect changes in foreign exchange rates or tariff markets. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are tax included unless otherwise noted.

Users acknowledges that it is general and common industry practice that Away with Lanae, LLC. may receive and may be entitled to retain the commission from service providers and other persons who provides goods or services through our website. Users acknowledges and agrees any such commission may be accepted by Away with Lanae, LLC in its absolute discretion and without any requirement to account to the users.

The commission mentioned in this section is deducted from Away with Lanae, LLC's payout as an agent for service providers. If a booking is canceled by either the customer or the service provider, Away with Lanae, LLC reserves the right to keep its commission from the service providers.

To the best of Away with Lanae, LLC's knowledge, all information in our information material, as well as that of suggested service providers, is correct at the time of publishing. Before making a purchase, make sure the information is up to date. Away with Lanae, LLC and its service providers are not responsible for any mistakes or omissions in the content they provide to the customer.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP; USER LIMITED LICENSE

Away with Lanae, LLC owns and licenses any content offered to you through our services. Our content, as well as any linked services, are branded, copyrighted, and protected by intellectual property rights across the world. All intellectual property rights are retained. Away with Lanae, LLC provides you a limited permission to use our website, subject to your acceptance and compliance with these terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that might damage our good name or expose us to liability. If you violate any of these Terms, we have the right to cancel, prohibit, and pursue further legal action against you.

Customers who have a reason to complain while on tour must notify Away with Lanae, LLC and the appropriate supplier as soon as possible, preferably in writing, so that Away with Lanae, LLC can address the issue.

Away with Lanae, LLC shall not be held liable for complaints received more than 14 days after the occurrence of the point of causing.

Before resorting to legal action, both Away with Lanae, LLC and the customer will use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to address problems.

AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES; WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

From time to time, our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons. Away with Lanae, LLC disclaims any and all liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or failure to communicate. For commercial and operational reasons, we retain the right to suspend, remove, or restrict the provision of all or any portion of our services.

Our services, as well as all information, materials, and products, are supplied "as is," with all "defects," and "as available," with no explicit, implied, statutory, or other guarantees. If any part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest of these terms still apply and are binding, and any unenforceable term will be substituted with a term that comes as economically close to the unlawful or unenforceable term as possible.

LANGUAGE OF THE TERMS

Any translation of these terms of service is provided only for informative purposes. The translated version may not accurately reflect our perspective since it may refer to anything else than what is stated in the English version. The English version of these terms is the only one that is legally binding.
